Our client, a global Engineering & Construction transformation leader, is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join their team. As an OCM Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Transformation / EPC Operations organization supporting multiple global product teams and enterprise digitization initiatives . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , strategic thinking , and exceptional stakeholder management , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist Location: Remote Type: Contract Whatu2019s the Job? + Develop and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication plans, and readiness approaches for EPC digitization initiatives. + Create clear, executiveu2011ready communications, training materials, SharePoint content, and enablement assets that drive adoption of new tools and processes. + Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, roadshows, demos, and leadership briefings across global, crossu2011functional teams. + Design and analyze readiness and adoption surveys; define KPIs/OKRs and translate insights into actionable adoption plans. + Partner with project managers, SMEs, and product owners to ensure change activities align with business goals, timelines, and user experience outcomes. Whatu2019s Needed? + 5u20137 years of Organizational Change Management experience, including use of Prosci/ADKAR or similar methodologies. + Demonstrated experience conducting Change Impact Assessments and leading endu2011tou2011end change activities for enterprise technology transformations. + Strong business writing, communication development, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical content for business audiences. + Experience designing training strategies, building enablement materials, and facilitating workshops or leadership sessions. + Proficiency analyzing readiness/adoption data, defining KPIs/OKRs, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
