Our core competencies include machining and rubber-to-metal bonding, and we hold multiple industry and aerospace customer certifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP.Position SummaryPerforms various manufacturing processes including but not limited to chemical processing, painting, coating, assembly and press setup, and operation to produce aerospace components to required specifications.Essential Job FunctionsFollows all manufacturing instructions and print requirements for the production of components in area of assigned responsibilityCompletes necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure quality conformance and the proper movement and control of productCompletes all quality related inspection requirementsEnsures all equipment and materials used to perform job functions are compliant to proceduresSuggest and participate in the implementation of process improvements and scrap reduction activitiesPerforms all required preventative maintenance activitiesAdheres to all safety guidelines and proceduresOther assignments as requiredQualificationsHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED)Previous aerospace manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredAble to communicate effectively with management, and coworkers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamworkFlexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function as neededMust be dependable and available to work overtime when requiredSelf-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervisionKnowledge of basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to carry/lift up to 35 lbs. (50% of the time).
