TPM - Platform Governance

Role: TPM - Platform Governance - Fusion product Location:Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) FTE with benefits The TPM for this role will drive execution excellence for client's in-house Fusion platform, ensuring roadmapdelivery, budget discipline, and high-quality releases. This TPM Governance role partnersclosely with Engineering Managers, product teams, Fusion tenants, and end client's senior leadership (GM, Principal PMs, CVPs) to maintain alignment,track progress, and surface risks-operating entirely through influence ratherthan authority. Responsibilities + Build,maintain, and track the Fusion product roadmap, milestones, dependencies,and budget. + Coordinatewith Engineering Managers and their leads to ensure predictable, high-qualitydelivery. + Provideclear, data-driven updates to senior Microsoft leadership (GM,Principal PMs, CVPs) and business partners using Fusion. + Identifyrisks early, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive mitigation plans. + Establishdelivery governance, reporting cadences, and continuous improvementpractices. Qualifications + Strongprogram/project management experience in engineering or platformenvironments. + Provenability to influence without authority across engineering and productteams. + Exceptionalcommunication skills, including executive-level reporting andstorytelling . + Experiencewith roadmap planning, budget tracking, and risk management. + Familiaritywith Microsoft engineering processes preferred. This rolemay be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus,or commission.
