Job Summary Your Career As the Principal Product Manager for the Cortex Platform, you will lead our mission to secure the world's digital transformation by developing core components for the entire Cortex portfolio. You will tackle complex cybersecurity challenges, leveraging AI to deliver a simple, intuitive user experience. This role is central to shaping the future of cloud security by protecting the world's most critical digital assets on a market-leading, rapidly growing platform. Your Impact + Drive feature development through the entire product lifecycle, from customer feedback collection and feature prioritization to writing product requirements and ensuring engineering delivery. + Proactively collaborate and exchange information with cross-functional teams in a global organization to deliver enterprise-grade, high-reliability, and cloud-scale features. + Work closely with product enablement, marketing, and sales teams to evangelize products, conducting demos and presentations for internal partners and external customers. + Solve complex problems requiring cross-company alignment, delivering foundational functionality for the Cortex product platform. + Define and analyze metrics that measure the success of products, simplifying complex data to inform future product decisions. + Challenge the status quo by curiously and positively questioning existing processes to identify opportunities for innovation in product strategy and execution. + Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating product roadmaps, dependencies, and trade-offs to all stakeholders. Qualifications Your Experience Required Qualifications + 7+ years of product management experience in a cross-functional, enterprise environment. + BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience. + Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and building enterprise-scale, high-performing, globally available SaaS products. Preferred Qualifications + Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders. + Self-motivated with effective skills in managing multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and deadlines. + A strong team player with a 'can-do' approach, excellent people skills, and a positive mentality. + Proven ability to manage product planning with multiple stakeholders within large, matrixed organizations. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
