SummaryUnder the direction of the Security Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for providing medical care at the highest degree allowable within the limits for the certification held. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.u2022Exhibit all conduct in accordance with Legends Global policies and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations.u2022Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.u2022Provide emergency medical care within limits of certification.u2022Complete thorough documentation of all medical skills.u2022Disinfect and maintain cleanliness of EMS equipment, supplies and treatment areas.u2022Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations (when necessary).u2022Assist in coordination of emergency situations.u2022Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and staff.u2022Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity and a strong work ethic.u2022A licensed EMT, Paramedic,(with a valid TN License) can only function as such under a MD's license (Must be a valid TN license). Those working in a medical capacity must be under documented Medical Direction and following the local jurisdictions (Knox County) approved Medical Protocols. -Must be employed by the Knoxville Fire Department u2022Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience u2022High School diploma or equivalent required;u2022Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate medical service experience is preferred;u2022Must obtain Medical Response Technician certification through the appropriate agency;u2022Must be CPR and AED certified. Skills and Abilities u2022Must have solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills. u2022Excellent verbal communication skills are required. u2022The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals. u2022Must be employed with the KFD and under the guidance of a Medical Doctor guidelines.
