Job Description High energy individual who will be responsible for driving business development activities that drive CSS NA Fusion SaaS Services business. The role has the necessary skills to understand the market demand for Fusion SaaS services, Oracle App and Tech sales priorities, CSS Services, CSS Delivery Innovation, Oracle Fusion SaaS innovations. The role uses this understanding to execute a sustained Oracle Internal xLOB business development plan and continuously improve plan. The role should be communicating from individual sales team members to executive leadership. Key Elements of Job: + Cross Line of Business + Define and drive SaaS services messaging to cross line of business (xLoB) sales and engineering teams. + Drive awareness of CSS service offerings with Oracle xLoB sales and engineering organizations + Work cross line of business to position CSS SaaS service s at specific customers. + Working with internal CSS Sales teams : + Build SaaS services messaging (repeatable playbooks, pitch decks, discovery guides, and competitive responses). + Educate sales team regarding CSS SaaS services. + Identify, position, and advance SaaS services sale into relevant opportunities. + Act as subject matter expert for CSS SaaS services in executive customer conversations. + Responsible for executive level reporting of CSS SaaS services leads/opportunities and overall business for internal Oracle audiences. + Overall management of CSS SaaS services leads for CSS NA + Measurable outcomes include: + Number and coverage of xLob Sales representatives. + Number of opportunities developed for CSS NA Sales teams. + Standardized dashboards (xlob conversation health, win/loss themes, attach), and present monthly/quarterly to CSS and SaaS leadership #LI-VC7 Responsibilities Responsibilities A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Delivery, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product's sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners.. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close. Preferred Qualifications: + 15+ years in IT services sales; specifically, SAAS Services + Proficient with cloud platforms (OCI, GCP, Azure, AWS) and environments on-Premise for Enterprise application operations + Experience designing sales deals or delivering services for SaaS or OnPrem applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, CX). + Contract management, including construction of TCO analyses and pricing for complex service offers. + Experience with large scale IT project and program deals, including major transformation, migration, and solution deployment projects. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business problems into technical requirements. + Excellent written and verbal communication capability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. + BA/BS Degree preferred. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
