Territory Manager, ANNISTON AL NEURO 200032 Lilly's ongoing research and commercial efforts in Neuroscience present one of the most exciting opportunities in the history of the company. Alzheimeru2019s disease (AD) is the sixth leading cause of death in the US, and of the top 10 causes of death, it is the only disease with an increasing mortality rate and the only one that cannot be prevented or cured. We are uniting with patients, care partners, healthcare providers, payers, HCO stakeholders, and our Team Lilly colleaguesu2014working toward making Alzheimeru2019s disease (AD) a distant memory. Kisunlau2122, born from more than three decades of relentless research and innovation, represents a breakthrough opportunity to treat AD early, slow progression, and help patients hold on to who they are for longer. Our strategy is clear: u2022 Create Public Awareness of Amyloid u2022 Drive Urgent Detection of AD amongst PCPs u2022 Refer to AD Specialists u2022 Accelerate Accurate Diagnoses u2022 Initiate Treatment and win with Kisunlau2122 u2022 Create a Frictionless Patient Experience Position Description The AD ecosystem needs to flow smoothly for patients, information, and product to drive urgency in the process of detecting, diagnosing, and treating people with Alzheimeru2019s disease. There are multiple steps, stakeholders, and ecosystems (referral dynamics, advanced diagnostics, treatments, and care management), which vary greatly by geography and health system, to support overall patient care. The Territory Manager will drive complex brand strategies across the portfolio, creating urgency for patient care in multiple healthcare settings and specialties (i.e. Neurologist, Primary Care, and healthcare systems). Qualified individuals will compliantly work across internal functions, including Medical, Payer and Field Reimbursement teams. Given this complex environment, the need to influence systems of care and identify referral networks. The anticipated wage for this position is $102,000 - $183,700 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
