For this position, the candidate must live within a commutable distance to one of the following locations (within 60 minutes), as this is a remote/hybrid role: + Malvern, PA (6 Spring Mill Drive) + Mendota Heights, MN (2345 Waters Drive) + San Diego, CA (12310 World Trade Drive) Starting Pay for this position is $18/hour- $19/hour Position Summary Join the Coram/CVS team as a Patient Care Coordinator This customer service facing position interacts directly with patients, physicians, caregivers, and internal departments to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our companyu2019s reputation for high-quality service. It requires independent and self-directed performance. The primary function is to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new infusion patients to CVS Specialty and Coram. This position requires a working knowledge of insurance, health care, processing of new referrals, providing customer education, and routine assessment and problem identification. Preferred Qualifications u2022 Preferred experience working with healthcare insurance and medical terminology u2022 Preferred Certified Pharmacy technician Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
