Description Looking for Apple Systems Administrator (Jamf/Okta)-Experienced with user management in Jamf, Okta, Google, Active Directory, BetterCloud, and other SaaS apps. Be our internal IT u2018go-tou2019 for help desk and desktop support spanning Apple and Windows- hardware/software and network troubleshooting. Jamf (macOS fleet mgmt.): Core to zerou2011touch provisioning, compliance, and Apple ecosystem scale; demand for certified talent is strong as Mac penetration grows in enterprise. Okta (IDP/SSO/MFA): Identity is a budget priority for 2026 IT programs; Okta-admin fluency shortens onboarding and tightens access control. Google Workspace (Gu2011Suite): Admin + user lifecycle and policy governance remain baseline for SaaSu2011centric orgs; local salary comps align to mid-high support tiers. Zoom (incl. Zoom Rooms) & Slack: Ubiquitous collaboration stack; adoption scale continues to drive demand for handsu2011on support and room systems troubleshooting. Basic knowledge in server computing, networking, phone setup/support, and business applications Take ownership of new hire onboarding, from creating accounts to handing over the equipment Escalate technical issues and coordinates with information technology staff to resolve problems and provide solutions Develop and enforce security best-practices Coordinate with external vendors to get equipment serviced Provide a high degree of professionalism, end-user satisfaction, and willingness to collaborate Your Experience: Excellent customer service skills macOS, iOS, and Windows troubleshooting skills Experience supporting Zoom and Zoom Rooms Ability to handle hardware and software tasks around refreshes and on/off-boards by coordinating with the appropriate teams and hiring managers Experience managing a ticket queue, maintaining SLAs and best practices for proper ticket handling Familiarity with creation and updating Help Desk runbooks Someone who ensures process, policy, and tools provide an excellent end-user experience -- be an advocate for the end-user Can coordinate and run AV events Proactively manages IT inventory of laptops, accessories, and software licenses Experienced with user management in Jamf, Okta, Google, Active Directory, BetterCloud, and other SaaS apps (Gu2011Suite, Zoom, Okta, Jamf/Kandji, Slack; lifecycle, inventory) Nice to have: Apple Certified Support Professional Okta Certified Professional Jamf Certified Tech Jira Administrator Certification Jira Service Desk Administrator Certification Skills okta, gsuite, macos, jamf, customer service, google suite, gmail, windows, imaging, Technical support, Support Top Skills Details okta,gsuite,macos,jamf,customer service,google suite,gmail,windows,imaging,Technical support Additional Skills & Qualifications N/A Experience Level Experienced Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
