Description: We are _Lockheed Martin_ You will be a Project Engineer in the F-35 Line of Business Engineering (LOBe) team within Engineering and Technology (E&T) supporting the Ground Systems Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a thorough and detailed understanding of the technical scope, cost, and schedule, collaborating with the Program Management (PM) office, and driving the Domain Excellence (Dex) team performance. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: u2022 Performing EV analysis at the contract level and understand impacts to overall engineering u2022 Understanding and communicating how the technical scope of the contract aligns with the overall program objectives and strategy u2022 Effectively communicating technical issues to various levels of management while coordinating resolution in parallel through development of closure plans u2022 Identifying cross-contract gaps and providing recommendation of resolution u2022 Identifying risks and opportunities and drive the closure plans through technical leadership u2022 CAM (Control Account Management) of team's scope. u2022 Coordinate with Data Management and technical teams to manage and track CDRL (Contract Deliverable Requirements List) deliveries u2022 CR (Change Request) coordination - Define need dates, monitor/track status, help push for concurrence as needed, assist with priority calls u2022 Track all software and hardware deliveries to support updates and operations of each Reprogramming Lab Must be a US Citizen. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Minimum 5 years professional experience in a related discipline u2022 BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience u2022 Project Engineering / Project Management / Technical experience u2022 EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and/ or CAM (Control Account Management) experience u2022 Interim Secret or higher security clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Experience in Reprogramming Lab development lifecycles. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Excellent presentation skills Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
