CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team on a contract basis in Vancouver, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations, optimize revenue cycles, and provide strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare finance and demonstrate expertise in managing cash flow, forecasting, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead financial strategy and management, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Oversee revenue cycle processes, collaborating with relevant teams to maximize financial performance. u2022 Manage cash flow and treasury operations, including forecasting and reporting to stakeholders. u2022 Provide leadership in contract negotiations, working with payers to secure favorable agreements. u2022 Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports to support decision-making and transparency. u2022 Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in all financial activities. u2022 Collaborate with the controller on financial planning and performance assessments. u2022 Analyze profitability across different sectors and implement strategies for improvement. u2022 Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting. u2022 Evaluate and optimize business systems to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably in the healthcare industry. u2022 Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and financial operations. u2022 Expertise in cash flow analysis, forecasting, and treasury management. u2022 Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage payer relationships. u2022 Proficiency in financial reporting and month-end close processes. u2022 Familiarity with business systems and their role in financial management. u2022 Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. u2022 Strong analytical skills to assess profitability and drive strategic decisions.
