We provide vital support during life's mostchallenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. We'reHiring We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our 988 WisconsinLifeline team. This full-time position is responsible for thecoordination and general functioning of the Lifeline Center. The ProgramSupervisor is also responsible for assigned team members and mayparticipate in other related activities connected to the administrationof the program, such as speaking engagements, conference presentations,and membership on committees. This position is eligible forhybrid/remote work, with an onsite requirement for onboarding andmeetings as necessary. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and hireprogram staff. Supervise and train staff via daily interactions. Providedirect professional Lifeline counseling services. In collaboration withthe Program Manager and Associate Director, review program goals,objectives and activities to ensure that they continue to be relevant;recommend changes when appropriate. Qualifications Education: Required:Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or equivalentexperience Preferred: Master's degree in social work or related fieldExperience: Required: 1+ years' experience in crisis intervention 6+months' experience with scheduling and supervision Preferred: 3+years' experience in crisis intervention 1+ years' experience withscheduling and supervision Skills and Competencies: Knowledge ofcommunity organizations and administration. Clarity of expression inpresenting both written and verbal material. Moderate degree ofknowledge of program planning and development. Knowledge of and someexperience in supervising methods. Ability to assume authorityconstructively. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, andinclusion. Minimum Requirements to Work Remotely: Remote workers mustreside in the State of Wisconsin; work for 988 must only occur while inthe State of Wisconsin. Remote workers must have a private, confidentialworkspace and have the ability to double-lock any confidentialinformation kept at home and appropriately dispose of any confidentialinformation stored at home (i.e. shredding) Remote workers must have thecapacity to plug their computer/phone directly into their modem/routerand provide a high-speed internet report verifying high-speed internetservices.
