Apply today Machine OperatorResponsibilities: - Operate and oversee the single-seal wrapper machineused to package pizza products - Set up, monitor and adjust heat tunneltemperature, airflow, and conveyor speed to achieve proper shrink andseal quality - Load and replace film as needed - Monitor product flowthrough the wrapper and heat tunnel to prevent jams or damage - Inspectwrapped pizzas for seal integrity, shrink quality, and appearance - Makereal-time adjustments to wrapper and heat tunnel settings to maintainquality standards - Identify, isolate, and report defective orimproperly wrapped products???? - Troubleshoot minor equipment issuesand escalate mechanical problems when needed - Accurately completeproduction, quality, and downtime documentation - Follow all GMP, HACCP,food safety, and workplace safety requirements - Communicate withproduction, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily productiongoals OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High SchoolDiploma or equivalent preferred - Experience operating packagingmachinery, including wrapper or heat tunnel equipment preferred -Experience operating production or manufacturing machines in a foodprocessing environment is a plus - Strong attention to detail andquality control skills - Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshootingability - Ability to follow standard operating procedures and foodsafety regulations - Effective communication and teamwork skills -Ability to stand and work on a production line for extended periods -Ability to lift and handle packaging materials within safetyguidelines - Manual dexterity and visual acuity to monitor seal andshrink quality - Ability to lift 50 pounds APPLICATIONINSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: ApplyOnline: This position islisted by a private employment agency.
