JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Senior Battery Marketer is responsiblefor delivering, installing, and servicing batteries across an assignedroute while providing exceptional customer support. Core duties includestocking and managing customers' battery inventory, educating customerson available battery offerings, processing warranty claims, handlingbattery cores, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and bringingin new prospects. The representative ensures timely service, accurateproduct handling, and strict adherence to safety and environmentalguidelines. Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver, replenish, and pick upbatteries at customer locations according to the established routeschedule. Stock and organize customers' battery inventory to maintainoptimal levels. Provide customers with accurate information on batteryofferings, including product features, applications, and benefits.Recommend products or services based on observed needs and usagepatterns. Handle and document battery cores responsibly, ensuringcompliance with company's policies. Maintain and strengthenrelationships with existing accounts through consistent, high qualityservice. Identify and pursue new prospects along the route or within theassigned territory. Introduce potential customers to company productsand services, gather contact information, and coordinate plete all required paperwork, manifests, service logs, and inspectionforms accurately. Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulationsregarding battery handling, storage, and transportation.
