As a screen printingproduction supervisor, you'll be responsible for the supervision andproduction of associates engaged in screen printing department.Qualified candidates for this role are currently leading by example bydemonstrating positivity, good attendance, good performance, and theother guiding principles reflected on the 4imprint compass. Take ownershipof the screen printing department and is accountable to ensure thedepartment goals are met and customer needs are satisfied. Provideongoing suggestions from review feedback regarding workflow,productivity and team member engagement. Oversee training of new teammembers to ensure they are properly prepared for their new role andprovide development of existing team members. Host regular team and oneon one meetings to review goals, company updates, training opportunitiesand events. Review turnover, retention and promotion data for the teamcomparing to company and external benchmarks. Address performance andbehavioral concerns on the team working with human resources whereappropriate. Ability to perform the essential functions of the screenprinting press operator role. Help out in other areas when needed andwhen time allows. Participate in training classes and actively seekprofessional development. Maintain a current understanding of trends andupdates in your role.
