Position Summary... What you'll do... What you'll do... The Sr. Manager , Business Strategy for Walmart Imports is a leadership role within Walmartu2019s Marketplace business responsible for leading and managing key strategic planning functions and periodic business reviews within Walmart Cross Border (WCB) Imports organization. This role owns Long Range Planning (LRP) and Forecasting, Annual Planning (AOP) and our 12-month rolling tech roadmap, as well as our periodic Business Reviews. This role involves engaging with leaders across Marketplace, Global Transportation, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, and others to develop, align, and articulate strategic points of view, orchestration, and planning for key strategic deliverables that result in the team meeting critical business metrics (or OKRs) for the business. The Senior Manager, Business Strategy, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations to senior leadership for continued growth and improvement of our program. Day in the life: + Collaborate directly with senior leaders to develop and refine the organization's strategic goals + Represent Marketplacesupply chain teamin cross functional forums ensuring MP organization requirements are known & aligned + Lead LRP and AOP processes cross-functionally to ensure clarity and alignment to roadmap and goals. + Leadby example and drive continuous improvement of thestrategic planning processes,including annualgoal-setting, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. + Workwith key product and program leads tosetthe roadmaptoincorporate Seller feedbackand clearentitlement for launchestooptimizeengagement,utilization, and penetration to reach businessobjectives. Preferred Qualifications... + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. An MBA is highly desirable. + Extensive experience (5-7 years) in strategy and business consulting is highly desirable. + Extensive experience in eCommerce,online Marketplaces(ideally in transportation, compliance, or supply chain functions)is highly desirable.
