Position Summary... Drive the growth and innovation of a highly complex category as Walmartu2019s Senior Manager, Category Management. About the Category Management Team: Our team is at the forefront of data-driven decision making, collaborating across merchandising, analytics, and platform teams to optimize assortment, pricing, and customer experience. What Youu2019ll Do: + Provide actionable insights and analytics to merchants and account managers. + Prepare and present sales growth, industry trends, and competitive analysis. + Automate business reporting and monitor performance vs. forecast. + Coordinate with platform teams to deliver customer and performance insights. + Report on key events and initiatives. What Youu2019ll Bring: + Expertise in category management, analytics, and market positioning. + Strong experience with data tools (e.g., Scintilla, Madrid) and business reporting. + Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources and present to stakeholders. + Proven track record in driving category growth and process improvement.
