Job Summary Responsible for project management of high volume, less complex Electric Distribution projects (ex: cable R/P; equipment R/P, lighting & line maintenance). Typically limited or accelerated designs used. Manages adherence to the companyu2019s terms and conditions. Accomplishes assigned objectives and ensures timely completion of project. Managing projects and ensuring scope, schedule and cost of project. Customer base: Typically internal reliability/planning projects and external commercial projects (new development, relocations, etc). Responsible for tracking actual vs forecasted costs, identifying cost variances, and communicating financial risks and mitigation strategies to customer. Creating detailed project timelines with milestones and dependencies. Monitoring progress against the schedule and updating forecasts as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following: -8-9+ years of related experience in Electric Distribution. -Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff. -Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums. -Team building skills. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities. -Ability to manage multiple priorities.
