Career Connection Network has a direct hire, full-time opening for a dedicated and skilled Salesperson to assist our clients growing team with project development. This position will play a crucial role in securing new and recurring business as well as providing customers with guidance when making their home improvement decisions Our client, a locally owned and respected company wants you to be successful They will provide you with all the tools and training needed but it depends on you - your work ethic, time management and ability to cultivate lasting customer relationships Starting pay is $53K + an incentive plan where you could be earning $100K+ Education, knowledge, and skills to be successful: Self-motivated with a burning desire to be successful (long hours and hard work) and the ability to not take rejection personally is essential for success; Must be knowledgeable with 2020 Design Software; Remodeling/product knowledge, along with design capabilities, are important. Responsibilities include: Setting and obtaining goals for personal and professional growth and success (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Goals.) Attending company and other outside sales meetings and trainings when requested. Learn and apply new technical information and product knowledge and sales techniques. Establish trust and confidence with the consumer by creating a good first impression and listening to the customer. Implement self-developed lead methods to assure an adequate number of Sales Appointments inclusive of networking, neighborhood canvassing, home shows and weekend events. If there is a collection issue with your client, you will be involved in the collection of the payment. Maintaining assigned samples and sales tools in a professional condition. Maintaining a decent looking, good running vehicle, to carry samples and attend sales calls. Prepare paperwork necessary to facilitate a sold project from Sales Department through the Production Department to ultimate Customer Satisfaction. Participation of daily debriefing of sales calls with the to debrief currently sold projects and update yourself with current status of existing projects. From time to time schedule quality meetings to review projects. Be available to make sales calls at times required which includes early evenings (at least 2 - 3 evenings per week) and Saturdays.
