Avionics Technician u2013 Wichita, KS Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detailu2011oriented Avionics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the testing, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of avionics and electrical systems. You will help prepare aircraft for flight tests and airworthiness certification while ensuring all systems meet safety and operational standards. Responsibilities + Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics and electrical systems. + Prepare aircraft for flight tests and airworthiness certification activities. + Repair, modify, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment with limited supervision. + Accurately perform and document all work in accordance with manuals, regulations, and company procedures. + Safely and efficiently operate aircraft ground support equipment. Essential Skills + Minimum 3 years of avionics troubleshooting experience on corporate aircraft . + Strong proficiency in functional testing, diagnostics, and repair of avionics systems. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working in a flight line, repair station, or MRO environment. + Proficiency with aircraft navigation and communication systems. + Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot avionics equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
