The Institute for Justice is looking for a highly organized and proactiveu00a0Attorneyu00a0Recruiting Coordinator.u00a0From behind the scenes, theu00a0Attorneyu00a0Recruiting Coordinator will play an essential role in helping the recruiting team recruit topu00a0legalu00a0talent committed to IJu2019su00a0mission of ending widespread abuses of government power and securing the constitutional rights that allow all Americans to pursue their dreams.u00a0u00a0 This role is primarily an administrative and project-based position that supportsu00a0theu00a0recruiting team. We also offer exceptional benefits andu00a0perks, making this an opportunity to do impactful work while building a rewarding, sustainable career.u00a0 Attorney Recruiting Tasks Include:u00a0 + Assisting the Director of Recruiting in tracking key activities and data to meet the annual attorney recruiting goals.u00a0 + Helping to create, execute, and track the promotion plan foru00a0attorneyu00a0and fellow positions.u00a0 + Posting attorney and fellowship opportunities on law school job boards, law firm alumni boards, andu00a0some generalu00a0job boards.u00a0 + Creating interview schedules,u00a0supervising in-office interviews,u00a0collecting feedback on candidates, and checking candidate references.u00a0 + Organizing andu00a0maintainingu00a0candidate informationu00a0in SharePoint.u00a0 + Managing 2-3 large mailu00a0mergeu00a0print jobsu00a0and mailingsu00a0each year.u00a0 + Conducting research on a variety of areas, including market trends in the legal industry, potential candidates, andu00a0additionalu00a0law firm/law school contacts.u00a0 + Developing relationships with career services professionals at target law schools and keeping them updated on IJu2019s fellowship/attorney openings.u00a0 + Ensuring all attorney recruiting invoices and expensesu00a0areu00a0sent to accounting, tracked, andu00a0paid.u00a0 + Inputting candidate updates into our internal tracker as well asu00a0SalesForceu00a0and our applicant tracking system, JazzHR.u00a0 Other Tasks Include:u00a0 + Ensuring the information on the recruiting sections of the websiteu00a0and on LinkedInu00a0isu00a0accurateu00a0andu00a0up-to-date.u00a0 + Collaborating with the Social Media team on recruiting related content.u00a0 + Providing day-of supportto IJu2019s Events Coordinator and Student Programs Coordinator for various events throughout the year.u00a0 + Assistingu00a0with other recruiting, HR, and admin team projects as needed.u00a0 Qualifications:u00a0 + A minimum of two years of experience in attorney recruiting. If someone has fewer than two years of experience, we will consider them as a Recruiting Assistant.
