Human Resources Generalist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will oversee key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace environment. You will play a critical role in implementing HR policies and supporting organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead recruitment efforts across various business units, managing multiple job openings simultaneously. u2022 Oversee employee onboarding processes, including background checks and communications for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition. u2022 Administer HR programs, including employee records management, benefits administration, and report generation. u2022 Partner with legal counsel to manage immigration programs for employees. u2022 Coordinate leave programs while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and labor regulations. u2022 Promote and implement HR initiatives to foster an efficient and harmonious workplace. u2022 Assist in the creation and execution of human resource policies and performance management strategies. u2022 Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure accuracy and completeness. u2022 Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. u2022 Handle additional HR-related tasks as assigned. Requirements u2022 2 years of proven experience HR u2022 Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Experience with performance management and policy implementation.
