Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board Why you'll love this job + This position is within the Digital Data Line Maintenance Team (DDLM) under the Aircraft Configuration Management Team within Technical Operations. + The DDLM team processes all scanned paperwork from Line MX stations into American Airlines online data storage cloud for easy searching and retrieval. What you'll do _As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._ + Ensures the documents uploaded to the storage cloud are accurate and searchable. + Follows the direction of the supervisor for all departmental processes, procedures, and efficiencies. + Various other tasks as needed. + The DDLM team issues corrections request to station to ensure paperwork is correct. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience + Associates degree or equivalent experience/training + Highly proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience + Associates or higher education in technical or related field or equivalent experience/education + Aviation maintenance experience/knowledge (especially aircraft records / component documentation) + Experience in lease return records research and back to birth traceability records assembly + Proficient in 10-Key Skills, Licenses & Certifications + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Ability to be organized, attention to details, great level of accuracy in work + Ability to research and audit using multiple computer systems sources + Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; u2018can dou2019 attitude + Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis + Ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy + Ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
