Responsibilities and Duties + A significant amount of travel will be required when assigned to an out of area jobsite. + Manages QA/QC activities for electrical constructionu00a0projects or assists project managersu00a0on QA/QC efforts on large scale projects.u00a0Assists the projectu2019s field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance.u00a0Thoroughly understands and complies with contract documents, budgets, and safety, statutory, and legal compliance. u00a0 + Assists in the management of the QA/QC process which includes project coordination, schedulingu00a0and construction. + Monitors QA/QC project documentation and organization between various key stake holders on the project site. + Maintains constructive relationships and supportive communications with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials, P1 staff, and immediate supervisor. + Contributes to the success of the company by effectively and efficiently managing the construction projects so that it is completed on time (according to adjusted schedules) and within budget. Qualifications and Skills + High school diploma or GED equivalent required. + Direct Experience: u00a0u00a0Must have a minimum ofu00a01 year of Electrical Construction Project Management related work experience on large construction projects, directly overseeingu00a0electrical construction work. + Education: meets one of the following requirements: + Bacheloru2019s degree in a construction, electrical engineering, or business related discipline OR + At least five years ofu00a0electrical construction field trade experience/training/education OR + Equivalent combination ofu00a0the above. + QA/QC - Mission Critical data center construction experience is preferred.u00a0u00a0 + Good communication skills, both verbal and written. + Organizational skills are of importance for the tasks + Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. + Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen. + Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check.u00a0 Must be able to meet P1 qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business.
