This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: Accountant will play a key role in the day-to-day financialoperations of ONE, focusing on management and GAAP reporting, supportingthe month-end close process, and project-based initiatives to improveaccounting systems and enhance reporting processes. This role requiresstrong technical accounting competence, excellent analytical/criticalthinking skills, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to partner withcross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of periodic consolidated financial reports for management- Assist in the preparation of monthly GAAP-compliant financial reports- Assist in developing and maintaining robust Excel models and reporting templates- Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (e.g., deferred revenue, prepaid assets, intercompany) and support the GL close process- Work closely with the Manager of Financial Reporting to implement improvements in reporting processes and controls- Assist external auditors and tax accountants by preparing schedules, assisting with inquiries, and tracking deliverables- Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams and operational departments to ensure accuracy of reporting- Support ERP enhancements and automation efforts; help maintain data integrity in Sage Intacct and other systems- Conduct ad hoc analyses and reports for management as neededRequirements- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance- 37 years of accounting experience- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets, experience with Power BI a plus- Solid understanding of GAAP, with experience in month-end close and reconciliations- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment- Proven ability to drive process improvements and adopt automation or best-practice reporting workflows- Comfortable balancing transactional work with project-based analysisWhat We Offer- Exclusive Team Member Travel Discounts- Comprehensive Medical Coverage- 100% Employer-Paid Dental and Vision Insurance- Health Savings Account (HSA)- 401(k) Retirement Plan- Life & AD&D Insurance- Pet Benefits- Free Parking- An Amazing CultureOffice Highlights Scottsdale, AZ 85256- Modern, Thoughtfully Designed Workspace A bright, inspiring environment built for productivity.- Fully Equipped Onsite Gym Stay active and energized throughout your day.- Indoor Basketball Court The perfect way to take a break, recharge, and have some fun.Physical Requirements- This position involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer within a typical office or cubicle setting, which may include constant background noise and fluorescent overhead lighting.ONE is an equal opportunity employer.
