Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 u2013 Food to lead operations at Lehigh Valley Hospital u2013 Cedar Crest , the largest campus within the Lehigh Valley Health Network, located in Allentown, Pennsylvania . This 1,227-bed flagship facility represents one of the most dynamic and high-profile healthcare environments in the region. Allentown is the fastest-growing major city in Pennsylvania and conveniently located just a short drive from Philadelphia. This is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and client partnership across a large, complex healthcare food service operation. What You'll Do + Provide strategic and operational oversight of daily food service operations (patient services and retail) + Lead and develop a large, multi-layered management team and frontline workforce + Deliver high-quality food service and exceptional patient/customer experience + Achieve company and client financial targets, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls + Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships + Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance service, quality, and operational performance + Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement + Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards, HACCP, regulatory, and safety protocols What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
