The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a self-starter, a problem solver, has a willingness to learn, and exercises independent judgement while still enjoying being part of a team. Our tax department provides a highly collaborative culture and flexible work arrangements while allowing you to work autonomously to prepare a high volume of complex tax returns. We use proactive approaches and innovative technologies, so an appetite for change and technology is a must Position Summary: This Tax Analyst position is primarily responsible for consumers use tax compliance and timely and accurate preparation of monthly use tax filings. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to audit support, account reconciliations, transaction reviews, tax research, process improvements, tax notice resolution, tax exemption reviews, and special projects as assigned. Functions : u00b7 Prepare sales and use tax returns and payment requests timely and accurately u00b7 Timely file all assigned returns u00b7 Prepare monthly use tax accruals and other month end journal entries u00b7 Prepare other non-income tax returns, including beverage taxes, unclaimed property, business licenses, etc. u00b7 Prepare monthly tax account reconciliations u00b7 Review monthly expense and fixed asset purchases for proper sales and use tax treatment u00b7 Review new inventory items for proper tax treatment u00b7 Support Management in state and local audits with information gathering, data analysis, and implementation of system changes with respect to audit findings u00b7 Research and interpret relevant transactional tax law as needed u00b7 Prepare other transactional tax reports as assigned u00b7 Respond timely and appropriately to tax notices as assigned u00b7 Interact and communicate effectively with various business personnel and business units to understand business transactions and ensure accurate reporting u00b7 Keep current on tax legislation and rate changes u00b7 Maintain documentation in accordance with SOX requirements u00b7 Interact with other members of the Finance department, CFOs and accounting personnel at the operating facilities u00b7 Other functions and projects as assigned Deadline to apply: 2/27/26 Req Number: 135415BR Address Line 1: 188 Inverness Drive West Job Location: Englewood, Colorado (CO) Shift: 1st Shift Full Time / Part Time: Full Time EEO Statement: Performance Food Group and/or its subsidiaries (individually or collectively, the
