This hands-on role supports continuous casting operations in the Upcasting Work Center, including material handling, inventory control, and equipment support. The Assistant works closely with the Upcast Operator and provides coverage when needed to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production.We're looking for a reliable team player with manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
