Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, including forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to develop strategic insights, create detailed financial models, and collaborate across departments to enhance organizational performance. Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare and facilitate monthly operating performance reviews, providing actionable insights and documentation to achieve financial objectives. u2022 Track and evaluate key performance metrics, developing strategic scorecards to monitor organizational progress toward goals. u2022 Create and analyze business cases through comprehensive financial modeling and in-depth analysis to guide decision-making and evaluate opportunities. u2022 Conduct complex financial and statistical analyses to maximize productivity, cost efficiency, and operational outcomes. u2022 Deliver timely ad-hoc financial analysis to support organizational initiatives and ensure data accuracy. u2022 Manage the progress of projects, identifying bottlenecks and communicating status updates to stakeholders. u2022 Educate and train team members on financial systems, tools, and the interpretation of financial reports. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals and improve financial processes. u2022 Monitor operational results against expectations and identify opportunities for improvement. u2022 Provide expert support in creating and maintaining accurate financial reports and documentation. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. u2022 Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex financial modeling and statistical analysis. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences. u2022 Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Familiarity with financial systems and tools, along with the ability to train others in their effective use. u2022 Proven track record of identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions. u2022 Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
