Welder Date Posted: 1/28/2026 Job Snapshot Employee Type: Contract To Perm Location: Job Type: Date Posted: 1/28/2026 Job Description Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Welder in St. Charles, MO!Monday - Thursday | 1:00pm- 9:30pm | $22/hr -$24/hrESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:● Proficient in assigned welding techniques● Working knowledge of fixtures and weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, ● Conventional and precision measuring instruments● Process inspection, certification, and documentation● Welding equipment maintenance● Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools● Utilize various hand tools and equipment.● Utilize mobile device applications and programs.● Safety and Housekeeping● Other Duties as assigned by direct supervisorMINIMUM / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EQUIPMENT)● Steel toe boots and sleeved shirts & welding hood required.
