Café Attendant Pay Range:$21.12 - $21.63 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt with benefits Shift and Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM Minimum Qualifications: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers. Requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness Understands and performs job duties in a manner that meets the demand of kosher dining. Provides service and requested items both graciously and politely Cleans and sanitizes tables and maintains workstations in proper order Maintain general maintenance and cleanliness of Café equipment Clears dishes and debris from tables during and after visits Answers pertinent questions about menu items Completes opening and/or closing side work duties in a timely manner All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, including minorities, women, veterans, and disabled individuals.
