CRNA - Outpatient Surgery Center

Job Description Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia for 100% outpatient surgical cases Conduct pre-operative assessments and patient education Administer general, regional, or MAC anesthesia using the latest methods and technology Manage airways and ventilation, ensuring patient comfort and safety Monitor post-anesthesia recovery and coordinate smooth transitions to discharge Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to maintain efficiency and care standards Adhere to all infection control and patient safety protocols Qualifications Current CRNA certification by the NBCRNA Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience (ambulatory surgery preferred) Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting Comfortable providing anesthesia for both adult and pediatric patients Why You’ll Love Working Here Fixed weekday schedule (7:30 a.m.-3:30/5 p.m.) with no weekends or call Supportive team of 6 CRNAs and 3 anesthesiologists 7 weeks PTO built into salary, plus additional holidays Annual $10K performance bonus 4 medical plans (one fully covered at employee level), dental, vision, and life insurance at no cost to you 401(k) with 3% safe harbor and profit-sharing after one year Relocation and sign-on bonuses available Professional growth and ongoing learning supported JPC-470 #LI-SK3 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
