Outbound Call Center Representative - $18.00/hr Our client in Conklin, NY is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Outbound Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll contact existing customers to assist them with upgrading systems they previously opted out of. This is not a sales position. Your goal is to provide helpful support, answer questions, and guide customers through a smooth upgrade process.
