Outbound Call Center Representative u2013 $18.00/hr Our client in Conklin, NY is seeking a dependable, customeru2011focused Outbound Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, youu2019ll contact existing customers to assist them with upgrading systems they previously opted out of. This is _not_ a sales position. Your goal is to provide helpful support, answer questions, and guide customers through a smooth upgrade process.
