Given the nature of 24/7 support it is crucial that candidates for this role be available to work a variety of days and start times, including at least one weekend day per week. The Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS) serves as a professional role model in promoting the understanding, integration, and application of information technology in healthcare settings.
