This Business Systems Analyst position will support the Asset Data Management (ADM) team, which is dedicated to serving customers and advancing the organization's mission to plan, drive, and sustain maintenance activities across approximately 15,000 miles of transmission lines, as well as numerous substations, radio sites, facilities, and associated equipment throughout a six state region. The role will contribute to the team's goal of delivering accurate, complete data to enhance asset management capabilities and will join the team responsible for maintaining an accessible, reliable, and comprehensive asset data register. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA.u00a0Pay range: $32.77 - $46.82u00a0Benefits:u00a0u00a0Paid holidays: 11u00a0PTO: Starting at 10 daysu00a0Sick Leave: Up to 56 hours per year (prorated based on start date)u00a0EAP: Employee Assistance Programu00a0Benefit Options Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, DCA, LPFSA, HSA, Group Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident, Hospital Indemnity, 401k (immediately eligible for employee and employer contributions - employer match up to 4%)u00a0Other benefits include the following: Calm App, LifeBalance Discount Programu00a0 Responsibilities:u00a0 u00a0u00a0 Provide Cascade technical support for all users of the software, with emphasis on the Power System Control (PSC), Substation Maintenance, System Protection Control (SPC) and Transmission Line Maintenance (TLM).u00a0 Provide ongoing communication to customers and stakeholders of the ADM team, including communicating process changes, system usage support and task status.u00a0 Update and develop documentation used to implement new/upgraded tools and business processes.u00a0 Assist with training new and existing personnel on the ADM team, as well as other system users.u00a0 Analyze requests for non-routine changes to support systems and provide recommendations for configuration changes that meet all business needs and are sustainable.u00a0 u00a0 Perform routine testing to validate that upgrades and enhancements meet requirements and do not negatively impact the business; alert the manager of any system concerns.u00a0 With manager review and approval, perform routine system configuration changes, maintenance order management and data update tasks within TF Operations & Maintenance asset and work management systems.u00a0 Perform data analysis during daily activities that may generate change requirements or have compliance implications; recommend solutions from compiled information to ADM team for awareness and further analysis.u00a0 u00a0 Query data and run reports specific to the analysis being conducted; present report results with customer/partner, TFAI and Management.u00a0 Communicate technical information (supported systems data, analysis results, etc.) verbally and in writing to a wide variety of technical and business experts, as well as non-technical users, in both individual and group settings.u00a0 Use a variety of diagrams and other tools (such as Visio) to explain and simplify complex problems.u00a0 Collect, organize, and validate data and model results to establish data completeness, accuracy and quality.u00a0 May participate on process improvement/development and data analysis projects/initiatives, as requested.u00a0 u00a0Requirements:u00a0 u00a0u00a0 An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Organizational Development or closely related field is preferred.u00a0 With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience is required.u00a0 With an applicable Associate's degree, 4 years of exp
