A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Technician with a strong background in heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures. The area offers a blend of suburban comfort with access to urban amenities, making it a desirable place for professionals seeking work-life balance.Schedule/Hours: Full-time, weekdays, 6:30 a.m. 5 p.m. One variable weekday off per week On-call required: one weekend per month (from 5 p.m. Friday to 6:30 a.m. Monday) Four weeknights per month (5 p.m. 6:30 a.m. next day) No other weekend commitments outside of on-call Responsibilities: Scrub proficiently for all types of cardiac catheterizations, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and work independently as required Utilize Merge Hemo documentation system (preferred) to ensure accurate procedure recording Maintain adherence to safety protocols and support patient care excellence Qualifications: Minimum 12 years experience in a cath/EP lab setting Preferably holds RCIS or RCES licensure; ARRT licensure acceptable with cath lab scrub experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Strong ability to scrub all relevant cardiovascular procedures This position offers the chance to enhance your cath and EP lab skills in a dynamic contract role.
