Industrial Maintenance Technician- Ludlow, VTPay Rate: $31.46 - $34.77 per hour (based on experience)Status: Contract to HireSchedule: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-ThursdaySome Fridays required for projects and preventive maintenance when equipment is offlineQualifications5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (production line experience required; building/apartment maintenance not applicable)Strong communication skills; positive, team-oriented attitudeSelf-starter able to work with minimal supervisionAbility to read manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematicsHands-on experience with power tools, meters, and test equipmentStrong troubleshooting skills with electrical, automation, and control systemsExperience working with PLCs, HMIs, and basic PLC programmingSkilled in troubleshooting control circuits and up to 480V 3-phase equipmentKey ResponsibilitiesPerform and improve preventive maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsInstall and maintain automation and electrical control systemsDiagnose equipment issues and improve operational efficiencyUse machine data to analyze performance and determine adjustments
