REMOTE Sr. Associate Clinical Contract and Budgets ufeff Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets to provide clinical site contracting services to clinical study teams, supporting study start-up and conduct activities. This is a fully remote, 1-year contract role requiring full-time commitment. Responsibilities + Negotiate clinical site contracts, including Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Service Agreements, and collect necessary signatures for contract execution. + Participate in site, legal, and finance meetings to resolve contract issues. + Negotiate site budgets and payment milestones using appropriate guidelines. + Escalate contract and budget issues when necessary. + Support the Clinical Pricing Payments Group in setting up sites for payment. + Track contract progression using appropriate systems. + Amend and terminate contracts as necessary throughout the lifecycle of the study. + Store and archive contracts and budgets in appropriate systems. + Manage the end-to-end process for clinical site contracts. + Support resolution of contract and budget issues. + Maintain tracking in appropriate systems. Essential Skills + Proven experience with contract and budget negotiations. + Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working in fast-paced, high-turnover environments is a plus. + Test scores in Excel and Word will be required during submission. Work Environment This is a fully remote position requiring a full-time commitment during standard working hours. Candidates must not be concurrently employed elsewhere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Thousand Oaks, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
