Job Title: Maintenance Manager u2013 Wildwood, FL Schedule & Pay + Mondayu2013Friday, 7AMu20135PM + Pay: $80Ku2013$100K + Direct Placement Job Description As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all maintenance operations within the facility, leading a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving the maintenance program with a strong focus on preventive and predictive maintenance. This role requires at least 8 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience , strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive improvements in equipment uptime and overall plant reliability. You will conduct rootu2011cause analysis, develop corrective action plans, and implement strategies to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include managing spareu2011parts inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards. You will also maintain documentation, training materials, and performance reports for the maintenance department. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage maintenance technicians and supervisors, ensuring daily tasks and longu2011term goals are met. + Lead the plantu2019s preventive and predictive maintenance program to improve uptime and reduce equipment downtime. + Perform rootu2011cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. + Monitor and maintain inventories of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies; coordinate reorders as needed. + Prepare maintenance reports, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to enhance plant efficiency. + Maintain and update maintenance procedures, training materials, and safety documentation. + Ensure compliance with all city, county, state, and federal regulations related to maintenance operations. + Direct and enforce the maintenance departmentu2019s safety program, ensuring adherence to all safety standards. + Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and equipment manufacturers for parts, repairs, and technical support.
