BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in New Port Richey This is an field-based role throughout all of Pasco County working with children. + Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health + Location: New Port Richey - Covers all of Pasco County + Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes + Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Weekend Work: None + On Call: No The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for: + Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient. + Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation. + Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources. + Performing other duties as assigned. This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.
