This role involves handsu2011on assembly, wiring, mechanical fitting, and quality checks in a fastu2011paced, teamu2011oriented environment. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow technical instructions. Responsibilities + Assemble electrou2011mechanical components, panels, and subu2011assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions + Perform wiring, crimping, stripping, and routing of electrical components + Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks + Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper functionality + Assist with mechanical fitting, mounting hardware, and preparing units for final build + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Report defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors + Follow all safety guidelines, production procedures, and quality standards + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements + Previous experience in electrou2011mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, or manufacturing preferred + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions + Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highu2011quality work + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
