Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Findlay, Ohio. Responsibilities: u2022 Process daily billing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. u2022 Handle hourly trucking billing and manage corrections as needed. u2022 Utilize accounting software, including Viewpoint, to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Perform cash application tasks, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of payments. u2022 Conduct commercial collections and maintain clear and effective communication with clients. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts receivable, including billing and cash applications. u2022 Familiarity with commercial collections and handling client communications. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Viewpoint. u2022 Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
