Pc Deployment Technician

Description Job Title: PC Technician (Device Refresh Technician) Position Overview: Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled PC Technician (Device Refresh Technician) to join our team. This role focuses on the hardware lifecycle refresh, ensuring that our medical staff have the most up-to-date and reliable technology to provide exceptional patient care. As a traveling field technician, you will be responsible for deploying hardware, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch customer service across multiple locations. This role could also have a capacity within the Project Team, multiple concurrent projects, including the Room of the Future, Corporate Office Decommissioning, Corporate Office Workstation Builds, Printer Refresh, and Laptop/Desktop Refresh. Candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to evolving business needs and workload fluctuations. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Deploy hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network. u2022 Troubleshoot Level I issues in real-time. u2022 Understand intake processes related to IT Service Management (ITSM). u2022 Collaborate effectively with team members while also being able to work independently. u2022 Interact with medical staff, providing exceptional customer service and support. Desired Skills and Qualifications: u2022 Experience with hardware deployment and network connectivity. u2022 Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Level I issues. u2022 Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. u2022 Coachable, adaptable, and a self-starter. u2022 Willingness to travel to various OhioHealth locations as needed.
