Customer Success Specialist

Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Carrboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving connectivity issues, and providing exceptional support. This is a Contract to permanent position, ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. u2022 Assist customers in resolving connectivity problems and troubleshooting technical issues. u2022 Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively. u2022 Handle multiple browsers and tools simultaneously to provide efficient service. u2022 Provide clear and detail-oriented email correspondence to address customer needs. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and proactively suggest solutions. u2022 Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge to deliver accurate information. u2022 Ensure a positive customer experience by showcasing empathy and problem-solving skills.
