Software Engineer

Description + Develop and maintain backend services and applications using C# and the .NET platform. + Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas to support high-performance, data-intensive workflows. + Build and maintain APIs and service layers that integrate with relational databases and downstream systems. + Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and data-related issues, including query performance and data integrity concerns. + Apply best practices for testing, version control, and deployment to ensure stability and reliability. + Collaborate with product, business, and technical stakeholders to translate data and system requirements into scalable technical solutions. + Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and documentation to improve system quality and maintainability. Requirements + Strong professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET, .NET Core). + Advanced proficiency with SQL, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and stored procedure development. + Solid understanding of relational database design and transactional data systems. + Experience building and supporting APIs and backend services in a production environment. + Familiarity with cloud-hosted or virtualized environments (AWS, Azure, or similar). + Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and work effectively across teams.
