This position contributes to Reserve Kitchenu2019s success by performing a variety of duties in the preparation of quick breads, tarts, fillings, muffins, cookies, pies, and other pastries and desserts. This position assists the Pastry Cooks and Lead Pastry Cook in production planning and execution while ensuring compliance with quality and sanitation requirements.
