Job Description u2022 Support plant engineers with all facets of project work u2013 from ideation through implementation. u2022 Utilize manufacturing process knowledge to deliver efficient and optimized processes regarding quality, costs, timing, and footprint. u2022 Work in a mix of leadership and support roles (project specific) to oversee equipment installation, power on, run capability, and equipment handover to the production teams. u2022 Initiate bids, evaluate, recap bids for equipment purchase; work with Purchasing to write and place orders. u2022 Work with OEMs, suppliers, Product, and Plant engineering teams to resolve engineering and program delivery issues. u2022 Interface with subject matter experts to coordinate project related items such as facilities, safety, ergonomics, material handling & kitting, tooling, and gauging. u2022 Support Engineering Documentation updates as needed - Process Sheets, PFMEA, DCP, OIS-JSA, Visual Aids, etc. u2022 Help with Project Management of individual projects, as well as larger groups of projects, to support report-outs to leadership u2022 Travel should be minimal u2013 possibly some local travel to local vendor sites for meetings and runoff efforts. Compensation: $35/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
