Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for two motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Richfield, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will focus on data entry, order management, and providing exceptional support to customers, all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately input quotes, invoices, and sales orders into the companyu2019s system to ensure seamless processes. u2022 Assist in creating sales orders, identifying correct components, and verifying the accuracy of all documentation. u2022 Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone, maintaining high service standards. u2022 Collaborate with team members to complete administrative tasks and support overall workflow. u2022 Participate in training sessions to learn company systems and processes, gradually expanding your responsibilities. u2022 Address challenges in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset, seeking assistance when necessary. u2022 Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and organization. u2022 Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a friendly and productive work atmosphere. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in data entry or order management, with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Background in customer service is advantageous but not required. u2022 Familiarity with business software systems, with experience in Traverse being a plus (training provided). u2022 Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. u2022 Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. u2022 Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment. u2022 Reliable and dependable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
