Youu2019ll work handsu2011on with a CNC lathe equipped with live tooling and a specialized controller while collaborating with a passionate and experienced team. Daily Responsibilities + Operate a CNC lathe to machine parts to exact specifications + Use live tooling and advanced CNC controls to perform complex machining tasks + Read and interpret detailed blueprints to complete setups and production runs + Set up, adjust, and maintain machines for peak performance + Communicate and collaborate with team members to meet production goals ?ufe0f What You Bring Essential Skills + Strong proficiency operating CNC lathes + Handsu2011on experience with CNC setups and machining processes + Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints + Proven experience in machine setup and operation Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Highly Valued) + Experience with live tooling + Familiarity with CNC programming ?
